First, we mix small duck down with 4.5 centimeter C-Quill feathers, then we hand blow them with warm air to expand the down clusters, into a 230 Thread Count, 100% Cotton down proof cover treated with our exclusive European Process. The quills on the C-Quill feathers are curved in a C shape to prevent the quills from protruding through the cover and for easier sleeping. This is the softest natural fiber pillow that we manufacture. Because of the small feathers and small clusters of down, our natural fiber pillows have more fill than other natural fiber pillows.
