Shipping Methods

  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Additional fees will apply
  • UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business – FREE for most orders delivered within the continental US. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may incur a shipping fee, you will be contacted concerning this fee before any charges are processed on your credit card.
  • All orders for in-stock items require 1-2 business days processing time before shipping.
  • We do not process orders during weekends, nor will we deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • International/Canadian shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis, we will communicate all shipping options with you via email and obtain your authorization for shipping costs before we charge your credit card for for orders shipped to International or Canadian destinations.
  • All orders shipped within the State of Minnesota will be charged state sales tax, in accordance with Minnesota law.

Gifts

From time to time, we may offer complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of selected merchandise. The option to receive a complimentary gift will be available to be selected on the product page of qualified merchandise. Both the product and the gift item will be added to your cart. If you choose to remove the qualified merchandise from your cart, the included gift will be removed as well. All offered customer appreciation gifts are only complimentary when included with a qualifying paid item. Gift offers valid only while supplies last.

Package offers

We sometimes offer Packages as a way of purchasing two or more items together at a discounted price. When you add a Package Offer to you cart, all included items will be added to your shopping cart, and the advertised discount will be applied. If you remove one of the items included with the package, the other items will remain in your shopping cart but the Package Offer Discount will be removed.

Coupon Codes

We will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions or discounts on our web site. These promotional coupon codes may be found in print or online advertisements, sent via email to past or prospective customers, presented on our web site or circulated at events and through other means. The terms and conditions for a Coupon Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, refer to where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Coupon Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $10.00 to redeem you discount.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into states where we have or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore all orders shipping into Minnesota will be charged applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate. As our company grows, we may gain nexus in additional states, at which point we will begin charging applicable sales tax for orders shipped to those states.

Product Testing

We ship items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. Unless otherwise noted, we do not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a full refund applied as a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, or, if you choose, given to you in the form of a merchandise credit good towards other purchases from our web site. Before returning any items to us you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns shipped to us without a valid RMA number clearly noted on the outside of the package will be refused. To obtain an RMA, call our customer service line at 1-800-763-3001 or email us at customerservice@rusticridgepillows.com. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be unused, clean and otherwise in brand-new condition and must be returned along with a copy of your invoice. In addition, items that were sold with included accessories, such as protectors, covers, etc., must be returned with all included accessories in order to receive a refund. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will process your credit within 8-14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.

Warranties

Certain items that we sell have manufacturers warranties for periods longer than 30 days. The additional warranties included with these items are clearly noted in the item details. At Rustic Ridge, we pride ourselves on selling top-quality merchandise, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. Should you wish to return an item for a warranty issue, we would be happy to handle the return for you on behalf of our suppliers. As with all returns, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from us before sending the item to us, and we will need an explanation of the item's failure to perform to your satisfaction so that we can assist our suppliers in meeting our quality expectations. At our sole discretion, we may replace the item with another of equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price to you.

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.

Back-orders

In spite of our best efforts to predict customer demand, we may run short of a particular item in our warehouse from time to time. In case of any back-order situation, we will inform you via email of the status of your order and advise you of an expected delivery date. You may choose to cancel your order without penalty if the length of backorder time predicted is not acceptable to you provided that you inform us of your desire to cancel prior to our shipping your order. If you have ordered more than one item and only a part of your order is out of stock, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to ship the part of your order that we have available. When your back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you immediately.

Order status

We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Security

Security is very important to us. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the Internet, only authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from us will be updates to any recent orders and/or returns, or email marketing that you have specifically authorized us to send to you.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Cancel orders

You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Call 1-800-763-3001 during normal business hours to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2-3 business days.

Agreement

By using our site and/or accepting delivery of any product delivered from us("RusticRidgePillows.com"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed on this page. You and RusticRidgePillows.com agree that the these terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you and RusticRidgePillows.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from RusticRidgePillows.com.

Limitation of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES RUSTICRIDGEPILLOWS.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. RUSTICRIDGEPILLOWS.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between RusticRidgePillows.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. RusticRidgePillows.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Minnesota, Douglas County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts.

Severability

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Minnesota law.

Waiver

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with RusticRidgePillows.com's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between RusticRidgePillows.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between RusticRidgePillows.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
